1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Eligibility

We offer a 2-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, unwashed and unstitched.

• All original tags, labels and packaging must be intact.

• The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

• A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

• An uninterrupted package opening video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened until the product is fully displayed. This video is mandatory for claims involving damaged, defective, missing, incorrect or incomplete products.

Return requests received after the 2-day period may not be accepted.

3. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns will be accepted only in the following situations:

• Manufacturing defect.

• Wrong product delivered.

• Incorrect colour or design sent due to our error.

• Product received in damaged condition.

• Missing item(s) in the package.

Each request will be reviewed by our Quality Team before approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Products that have been stitched, altered, washed or used.

• Minor colour variations due to lighting, photography or screen resolution.

• Minor weaving or printing irregularities that are inherent to handcrafted or textile products.

• Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions or discount campaigns unless damaged or incorrectly delivered.

• Gift Cards.

• Customized or personalised products.

• Orders refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason.

• Change of mind or simply not liking the product.

• Incorrect size estimation after stitching.

5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item:

• Record an uninterrupted package opening video.

• Take clear photographs of the product and packaging.

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Without an opening video, we may be unable to verify transit-related claims.

6. Return Approval Process

Once your return request is received, our team will review the details.

If approved:

• Return instructions will be shared via Email or WhatsApp.

• The return address will be provided after approval.

• Please do not send products back without prior approval, as such returns may not be accepted.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to:

• Manufacturing defect,

• Wrong product,

• Damaged product, or

• Our shipping error,

KripaFAB will bear the return shipping cost or arrange the return pickup wherever available.

If a return is requested for any other approved exceptional reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available only for:

• Manufacturing defects.

• Damaged products.

• Incorrect product delivered by us.

Exchange requests for personal preferences, colour choice, design preference or change of mind will not be accepted.

Replacement products are subject to stock availability.

If the requested product is unavailable, an appropriate refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

9. Refund Policy

After receiving your returned product, it will undergo a quality inspection.

If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Banks, payment gateways or card issuers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after verifying your bank account details.

COD handling charges, shipping charges and other non-refundable service charges (if applicable) will not be refunded unless the refund is due to our error.

11. International Orders

Due to the nature of international shipping, customs procedures and high logistics costs, international orders are generally not eligible for return, exchange or refund, except where the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide an uninterrupted package opening video along with supporting photographs.

Any customs duties, import taxes or shipping charges paid by the customer are non-refundable.

• Clarified that slight colour variations due to screens or photography are not considered defects—a common issue with fabric sales.

• Stated that fabric cut, stitched, washed, or altered products cannot be returned.

• Added a clear policy for international orders, since you ship worldwide.

• Clarified COD refund handling.

• Removed the EU 14-day cooling-off section. That right generally applies only when required by EU consumer law and depends on your legal obligations there. Since KripaFAB is an Indian business, it’s better not to promise a 14-day cancellation right unless you’ve decided to comply with it operationally.
