However:

  • Fabric texture, embroidery placement and handcrafted detailing may have minor natural variations.
  • Measurements are approximate unless otherwise specified.
  • Availability of products is subject to stock.

Such variations shall not be considered manufacturing defects.


5. Pricing & Product Availability

All prices displayed on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

KripaFAB reserves the right to:

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible PIN codes within India.

KripaFAB reserves the right to:

  • Change COD eligibility without prior notice.
  • Require advance payment of COD handling charges before dispatch.
  • Cancel COD orders that cannot be verified.

Repeated refusal to accept COD orders may result in restriction or suspension of future COD purchases.

International customers acknowledge that:

  • Customs clearance procedures may cause delays.
  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes and local government charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

KripaFAB uses secure third-party payment providers such as Razorpay to process online payments.

We do not store complete debit card, credit card or UPI credentials on our servers.


10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery dates are estimated and are not guaranteed.
  • Courier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, strikes, public holidays or other events beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.
  • Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

KripaFAB shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, incorrect contact information, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
